Caitlin Fleming, CPNP

Caitlin Fleming, CPNP is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in brain behavior and cognitive science. Realizing she wanted a career in nursing, Caitlin enrolled in an accelerated nursing program at the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

After earning her nursing degree, she worked as a Registered Nurse at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and eventually went on to pursue an advanced nursing degree at University of Michigan. Caitlin graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from the Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program in 2017.

Caitlin is licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys exploring all of the outdoor activities the pacific northwest has to offer with her husband and Labrador.

Due to the current situation with COVID -19, our office is encouraging telehealth visits for most appointments. We currently offer several telehealth options for your convivence. Please contact our office at 503-297-1078 for more information or login to the patient portal to communicate with your physician. If you need to be seen in our office, please take comfort in knowing that we follow social distancing and will only allow one caregiver to accompany you to your appointment.
